Job Title: IBM FileNet Migration Consultant
Location: Hybrid – NYC

Lead end-to-end migration of IBM FileNet P8, Content Manager, and ECM systems on AIX to a new data center with minimal downtime.
Design, build, and validate scalable, secure environments including clustered servers, DB2 databases, and WebSphere middleware.
Manage integration for 200+ applications via IBM Integration Broker (IIB) and AHRA messaging, ensuring seamless data flow and compatibility.
Migrate and optimize ETL pipelines using IBM InfoSphere DataStage, validating data accuracy, performance, and connectivity.
Coordinate phased cutovers across DEV, UAT, and PROD, with full testing, documentation, and compliance for audit readiness.
