Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Projects, including Oracle Project Costing, Oracle Project Billing, and Oracle Project Manufacturing in Oracle E-Business Suite R12. The candidate should possess end-to-end implementation experience, business process design expertise, and hands-on configuration knowledge across Oracle Projects and related financial and manufacturing modules.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Oracle EBS R12 implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and support projects.
* Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Projects solutions.
* Configure and support Oracle Project Costing (PA), Project Billing (PB), and Project Manufacturing (PJM) from OM/PO perspective only
* Design and implement project accounting structures, cost collection, burdening, capitalization, revenue recognition, and billing processes.
* Configure project types, project templates, expenditure types, expenditure categories, cost rates, revenue and cost budgets / revisions, and transaction controls.
* Implement customer billing methods including time & material, fixed price, event-based billing
* Support project revenue generation, invoice creation, adjustments, and accounting integration.
* Configure and support Project Manufacturing processes including project-specific inventory, sales order, procurement, and cost tracking.
* Work closely with Finance, PMO, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to streamline project execution and reporting.
* Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to project costing, billing, manufacturing, and accounting integrations.
* Prepare functional design documents (MD050), business requirement documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials.
* Lead SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
* Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions.
Required Oracle Experience
* Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.
* Strong expertise in:
* Oracle Project Costing (PA)
* Oracle Project Billing (PB)
* Oracle Project Manufacturing (PJM)
* Oracle Projects Foundation
* Experience integrating Oracle Projects with:
* Oracle General Ledger (GL)
* Oracle Accounts Payable (AP)

* Oracle Purchasing (PO)
* Oracle Order Management
* Oracle Inventory (INV)
* Oracle Cost Management
