Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager with strong experience in UX engineering and design operations. The ideal candidate will drive clarity, alignment, and operational excellence across cross-functional teams, enabling streamlined workflows and scalable processes within an enterprise structure.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of proven success as a UX Producer or Program/Project Manager, leading large-scale projects through the full product development lifecycle in cross-functional environments.
Hands-on experience with Figma, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Aha!
Strong background in resource planning and program delivery.
Expertise in project playbooks, scheduling, issue/risk management, and communication planning.
