We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions. The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor engineers while collaborating with product, architecture, QA, DevOps, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and development of complex applications and services.
  • Define architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership across the development lifecycle.
  • Review code and ensure quality, scalability, security, and performance.
  • Break down complex requirements into technical solutions and development tasks.
  • Mentor and guide developers and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in estimation, sprint planning, technical discussions, and solution reviews.
  • Troubleshoot critical production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
  • Support CI/CD, cloud adoption, automation, monitoring, and engineering excellence initiatives.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend appropriate solutions.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in software design, architecture, and development.
  • Excellent knowledge of Java and relevant frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, databases, cloud, CI/CD, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform and containerization technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Git and modern DevOps practices.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience designing highly scalable and high-availability systems.
  • Knowledge of security, observability, performance engineering, and cloud-native architectures.
