About the Role

As a Systems Integration and Test Engineer, you will design, develop, implement, and maintain solutions that enable seamless integration and verification of in-house, COTS, and GOTS components, subsystems, and systems. You will translate customer and contractual requirements into robust system-level test strategies that balance technical feasibility, schedule, and cost. You'll collaborate across teams, drive integration activities, and ensure delivery of high-quality, fully validated systems.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, document, and maintain integration and test solutions for hardware and software components, subsystems, and complete systems.
  • Translate customer requirements into scalable test strategies and solutions.
  • Define and maintain functional and technical specifications, interface definitions, and system I/O parameters.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software interface issues to ensure end-to-end system integration.
  • Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for subsystems and full systems.
  • Coordinate test activities across teams, programs, and partner organizations.
  • Analyze test results to verify and validate performance, producing clear system-level evaluation reports.
  • Author discrepancy reports and lead regression testing to confirm fixes at the software, component, and system level.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field - or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools to produce reports, project plans, and work instructions.
  • 5+ years of experience developing, modifying, and supporting LabVIEW codebases.
  • 3+ years of experience developing, modifying, and supporting TestStand codebases.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical problem analysis and resolution.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working effectively on cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction while driving results.
  • Experience leading teams toward successful milestone completion.
