Pay Range: $50 - $57 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and maintenance for Cisco CUCM (Call Manager) environment
- Manage and support Cisco Wireless Controllers (9800 & 8540)
- Administer network management systems including Catalyst Center and Prime Infrastructure
- Support campus and remote network infrastructure including switches, routers, voice gateways, access points, and WiFi bridges
- Provide support for Palo Alto firewalls and coordinate OS/hardware upgrades with corporate teams
- Assist Cyber Security teams by providing logs and network-related data for analysis and compliance
- Troubleshoot network, voice, and wireless issues to ensure minimal downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for upgrades, deployments, and ongoing support
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Strong experience with Cisco CUCM / Unified Communications
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Wireless Controllers (9800, 8540)
- Expertise in routing, switching, and wireless networking
- Experience with Catalyst Center / Prime Infrastructure
- Knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls
- Familiarity with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Ability to support hybrid enterprise environments
- Experience with network security and cyber security support
- Exposure to large enterprise or campus network environments
