Job Title: Systems Analyst 3 / GitHub Administrator

Location: Austin, TX (hybrid)
Job Summary:
The Systems Analyst 3 will analyze business requirements and design technology solutions while managing and governing the GitHub Enterprise platform. This role focuses on DevSecOps enablement, CI/CD automation, security, compliance, and enterprise-wide development standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business needs, identify solutions, and perform cost-benefit analysis
Gather and document user requirements and system specifications
Evaluate system capabilities and recommend enhancements
Administer and manage GitHub Enterprise (Cloud/Server) environments
Implement governance, security (RBAC, SSO), and compliance controls
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
Enable DevSecOps practices and integrate security tools (CodeQL, secret scanning)
Automate workflows using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
Support audit readiness, logging, and access reviews

Required Skills:
10+ years of Git-based version control and GitHub Enterprise administration
Strong experience in CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and YAML workflows
Expertise in RBAC, SAML/SSO, and branch protection
Experience with AWS and cloud-based integrations
Scripting experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Knowledge of DevSecOps and security best practices

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep)
Knowledge of policy-as-code frameworks
Strong documentation and technical training experience
