Genesis10 is currently seeking an AI Product Manager for a hybrid position (3 days/week in office) located in Chicago, IL. This is a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity.
Pay range: $89 - $99 per hour, W2, depending on skill and experience level.
Responsibilities: - Define product vision and roadmap for underwriting transformation initiatives
- Partner with underwriting stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities
- Translate business needs into product requirements and backlogs
- Work with engineering, data, and vendor teams to deliver solutions
- Define success metrics and measure business impact
- Support pilots, launches, and iterative improvements
Requirements: - 3+ years of Product Management experience
Desired skills: - Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry
