Hiring: Learning & Development Operations Coordinator

📍 Livermore, CA | Hybrid – 1 day/week onsite

Must be local to the Bay Area and able to work onsite in Livermore 1 day per week.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning & Development Operations Coordinator to support company-wide training programs and Academy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate training programs, schedules, registrations, communications, and logistics.
• Prepare training materials and procedural documents.
• Manage course data, rosters, enrollment, completion reports, and system updates.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, room setup, and training supplies.
• Track inventory, costs, assets, and expenses.
• Respond to internal/external customer inquiries and provide timely support.
• Assist with projects, data entry, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
