Java React Developer
We have an immediate need for Java React Developer professionals with our client, supporting a legacy Collections application migration. This role requires strong Java engineering experience, familiarity with Spring Boot/Microservices, and working knowledge of React. Candidates must be comfortable working on complex, large-scale applications, primarily focusing on back-end development, while collaborating with a team of 10 on a Kanban-based, quarterly-release schedule.
Among other skills and experience, candidates should have solid Java engineering experience with expertise in core Java, Spring Boot/Microservices, and Kafka; hands-on experience with back-end development for enterprise applications; familiarity with React front-end frameworks; exposure to cloud environments (OpenShift or other cloud platforms) and MongoDB; ability to read and maintain legacy Java code; and strong problem-solving skills to support large-scale migrations from Java Server Faces to React.
