Typical Day to Day: We are seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic BarTender Consultant to support a short-term initiative focused on label automation and Epicor Kinetic configuration within a growing manufacturing organization. This consultant will work directly with leadership to help connect and configure BarTender labels within Epicor Kinetic, ensuring labels properly display and function on production floor screens.

The role will focus heavily on troubleshooting unfinished label integration work, configuring customization layers within Kinetic, and automating manufacturing label workflows. This person will also help provide light training and knowledge transfer so the internal team can better support and maintain future enhancements independently.

Overview

 We are seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic BarTender Consultant to support a short-term initiative focused on label automation and Epicor Kinetic configuration within a growing manufacturing organization. This role will partner directly with leadership to help connect and configure BarTender labels within Epicor Kinetic, ensuring labels can properly display and function on production floor screens.

The organization is currently advancing into the next phase of its Epicor journey, with increasing focus on integrations, automation, and operational optimization across multiple manufacturing sites. While the team can design labels within BarTender, they need an expert who can bridge the gap between label creation and Epicor screen functionality/configuration.

Key Responsibilities

·         Configure and integrate BarTender labels within Epicor Kinetic

·         Build and customize functionality to display and trigger labels directly from Epicor screens

·         Support label automation initiatives for manufacturing and assembly floor operations

·         Work through discovery sessions to understand current-state processes and labeling requirements

·         Configure customization layers and screen functionality within Epicor Kinetic

·         Troubleshoot existing label integration issues and help drive unfinished work across the finish line

·         Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and continuous improvement teams across 3 sites

·         Provide light knowledge transfer and training so internal teams can support future enhancements independently

·         Help optimize overall label workflows and Epicor usability

Required Experience

·         Strong experience with Epicor Kinetic / Epicor ERP

·         Hands-on experience integrating and configuring BarTender label solutions

·         Experience customizing Epicor screens and functionality

·         Understanding of manufacturing and assembly floor processes

·         Ability to work independently in a short-term consulting capacity

·         Strong communication and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Experience

·         Experience with Epicor customization layers and automation workflows

·         Prior experience supporting label automation initiatives in manufacturing environments

·         Exposure to CRM or product integration projects within Epicor environments
