We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our HVAC team in the Construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a proven record in account management, business development, and territory management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, and construction. If you have a knack for outside sales and a passion for fostering long-term client relationships, we would like to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and maintaining a portfolio of accounts in the HVAC sector within the construction industry.
2. Conducting business development initiatives to identify and secure new business opportunities.
3. Managing the sales territory effectively to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
4. Establishing, negotiating, and executing service contracts and agreements with clients.
5. Coordinating with the technical team to ensure smooth delivery of HVAC and plumbing services.
6. Addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
7. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
8. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and boost company revenue.
9. Conducting regular account reviews to track clients' satisfaction and usage.
10. Creating and presenting reports on account status to senior management.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP Contracting and a strong background in HVAC systems.
2. Proven track record in business development and territory management.
3. Extensive experience in outside sales.
4. Understanding of service contracts and service agreements.
5. Solid technical background with hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, and construction.
6. Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
7. Superior problem-solving abilities and excellent attention to detail.
8. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
9. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
