Payments Financial Program Manager
Location: Seattle, WA

Description

Own complex Payments programs including card present/not present, digital
wallets, gateways, processors, and fraud platforms
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Security, Compliance,
Finance, and external payment vendors
Drive end-to-end program planning including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks,
and success metrics
Ensure alignment with PCI-DSS, security, compliance, and regulatory
requirements
Support roadmap planning, release management, and platform modernization
initiatives
Own release readiness, production cutover coordination, and post-release validation
for payment launches
Identify, track, and mitigate risks related to security, compliance, and transaction
reliability
Promote best practices for secure, scalable, and resilient payment delivery
Required Qualifications
10+ years of Program or Technical Program Management experience
Proven experience delivering payments or financial transaction platforms at scale
Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, gateways, processors, and fraud
controls
Hands-on experience with security, compliance, and regulatory-driven programs
Experience working in Agile and scaled Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe)
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to navigate high-risk, high-visibility
initiatives
