Workday Time Tracking & Absence Specialist 100% Remote
We're seeking a Workday Time Tracking & Absence Specialist to lead configuration, optimization, and support of Workday's Time Tracking and Absence modules. This role requires a certified Workday professional who can translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and serve as a subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support implementation and optimization of Workday Time Tracking and Absence
Configure business processes including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, work schedules, time entry, calculations, approvals, and security roles
Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations
Develop and maintain functional documentation
Partner with integration teams to support testing, validation, and issue resolution
Execute system testing, troubleshoot defects, and ensure high-quality delivery
Serve as SME, provide guidance to stakeholders, and deliver status updates to PMO
Recommend enhancements leveraging new Workday features and best practices
Qualifications
3 6 years of hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking & Absence
Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework and data model
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Strong stakeholder communication and project management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
