POSPOSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces that meet both business objectives and user needs.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with product requirements, user needs and business goals.
2. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
3. Collaborate with product managers, product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
4. Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across products and platforms.
5. Define and track user experience metrics to evaluate and improve design effectiveness.
6. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction, computer science, design or equivalent work experience
Seven (7) years of experience in UI/UX design for web, mobile, or enterprise applications
Proven expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems/components.
Strong working knowledge of user research, methodologies, usability testing, accessibility standards, and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
User-centered design thinking to craft effective, intuitive interfaces.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to address usability and accessibility challenges.
