Chief of Staff, CTO

In this role, you will:
- Serve as a strategic member of the CTO leadership team
- Enable structures, metrics, governance, drive transformation and build an environment of IT effectiveness and higher performance across the CTO.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to help solve Kimberly-Clark's most difficult challenges, transform mindsets, unlock capabilities, and map the path to the next normal
- Develop compelling insights and recommendations through quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Collaborate with the various teams within Technology and other senior leadership to manage and implement the planning process for technology strategic initiatives.
- Manage proper tracking, reporting, and communication of the technology operational plan that stems from the technology strategic plan; as well as key technology initiatives to senior management.
- Collaborate with the CTO and the Technology leadership team on key initiatives to design, lead and implement special projects
- Support the technology vision and strategic pillars - fostering the spirit of people development, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Works with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging and linkage to the Technology Strategy

In one of our professional roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of total work experience, including at least 2 years in management consulting, Chief of Staff, or strategic problem-solving roles.
- Strong ability to influence across all levels without authority (individual contributor with transversal scope).
- Proven experience collaborating with senior leadership, program managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with data, dashboards, KPI structuring, and operational tracking.
- Strong communication skills; ability to present strategy to multiple organizational levels.
- High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and general Microsoft suite tools.
- Ability to quickly learn complex information and turn it into clear, actionable, and trackable strategic plans.
- Ability to work onsite under a hybrid model.
Preferred Qualifications ("Nice to Have")- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), technology, or e-commerce industries.
- Technical background OR strong ability to learn technology quickly (project manager or engineer profile acceptable).
- Experience leading influence-based initiatives without direct reports.

Salary Range: 127.600 - 157.600 USD
At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
