Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules including HR, Payroll, OTL, Advanced Benefits (OAB), Absence Management, Workflow, plus Fast Formula and OTL time entry rules.
- Strong technical expertise using Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Web-ADI, Workflow, SQL Loader, and experience supporting EBS R12.2 across development, implementations, upgrades, and production support.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues, manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments, and communicate effectively with business and technical teams.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Oracle OLM, Compensation Workbench (CWB), Oracle 19c on Linux, Visual Studio GIT/ADO, or Flex Deploy.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or CIS and willingness to travel up to 10%.
