About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Metrics & Analytics: Define and document key performance indicators (KPIs) for branch operations in collaboration with operational and process improvement leads.
Dashboarding & Reporting: Build and maintain automated reports and visual dashboards to track performance, efficiency, and customer/member service metrics.
Data Management: Extract, clean, and validate data across core banking systems, CRM, and operational tools to ensure high data integrity.
Impact & Pilot Analysis: Establish baseline performance metrics prior to workflow changes, evaluate results post-implementation, and conduct statistical analysis on pilot programs before wide rollout.
Executive Insights: Analyze trend variations, identify root causes, and prepare executive-level performance summaries for senior leadership.
Enablement & Governance: Partner with IT/Data Governance teams to resolve data quality gaps, document data definitions/methodologies, and build self-service reporting tools to empower local teams.
Adoption Tracking: Monitor long-term adoption metrics to ensure process improvements and training initiatives remain effective over time.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence Financial services/banking experience preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel) and comfort working with large datasets.
Communication: Ability to translate complex data and statistical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
