Role: Front End Designer (UI/UX)

Exp: 9+ yrs

Location: Remote

Overview: Senior design systems expert with strong experience in both design and implementation at scale.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Design token architecture (global, semantic, component-level)
  • Auditing and restructuring design systems
  • Advanced Figma expertise (Variables, modes, collections, aliasing)
  • Component architecture (variants, APIs, slots, scalability)
  • Design-to-code fluency (CSS variables, token pipelines)
  • Accessibility (WCAG, color systems, interaction patterns)
  • Governance, adoption strategy, and documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong engineering partnership experience
  • Rapid prototyping (code and/or AI-assisted tools)
  • Design system migration/modernization experience
  • Supporting multi-product/platform environments

Portfolio Expectations: Candidates should demonstrate:

  • A design system they inherited or audited
  • Key architectural decisions and tradeoffs
