· 72 months of experience gathering, documenting and tracking changes of functional and technical requirements for development and maintenance of advanced Access/Oracle Databases.

· 84 months of experience gathering requirements and developing and testing customized queries in MS Access/Oracle.

· 84 months of experience gathering requirements and developing and testing customized reports in MS Access/Oracle

· 72 months of experience application maintenance, troubleshooting and support for MS Access/Oracle systems.

· 48 months of experience working directly on the Affordable Care Act (ACA at the NYS health exchange or other state or Federal health exchanges
