Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience Requirements
- Experience with SQL database management and data analysis
- Knowledge of web application development and support
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Alteryx, and Qlik
- Strong understanding of software maintenance and system administration
- Familiarity with IT security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Job Duties
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications and data solutions
- Manage reporting tools, dashboards, and key performance metrics
- Support global users and business partners
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and operational controls
- Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions
- Adapt systems and processes to evolving technology requirements
