Job Description:
The primary responsibility includes obtaining price quotations and bid forms, as well as negotiating terms with vendors to align with market value.
Primary vendor manager to ensure correct vendor deliveries based on the signed contract.
Lead kickoff and regular order status meetings while keeping stakeholders apprised. Escalate as necessary if vendor delivery timelines are at risk.
Responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness of vendor test results.
Coordinate the patching request with the partner teams to ensure enough patch cord.
Coordinate the schedule of the E2E testing and update the system records.
Validate the completeness and accuracy of the vendor Turn Over Packages and coordinate with the respective team to complete the records documentation.
Responsible for providing a vendor survey based on the client s measuring parameters.
Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely update of the Install Date, Acceptance status, and Physical Circuit ID, all of which are critical for billing processes.
Qualifications Skills Required:
At least 3 years of experience in the Telecommunication industry as a project manager/coordinator with technical experience in fiber optics technology.
Experience and working knowledge on OSI Layer 1 (Physical) and 2 (Datalink) troubleshooting (WAN point to point connection)
Familiarity with network path elements in data centers such as router ports, patch panels, DWDM and other transport equipment.
Experience in working with internal groups (Project Managers, Provisioners, Field Force, etc.)
Excellent English-speaking skills.
Capable of managing high pressure and short timelines, with the willingness to be flexible
Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and adapt to changing projects and processes
