Job description:

The role requires strong technical skills in Java, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and C#, along with solid knowledge of SQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL).
Candidates should have experience working with REST and SOAP APIs, web/application servers like IIS and Tomcat, and be comfortable in Windows and Linux environments.
The position also demands hands-on experience in production support, including incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), SLA adherence, and application monitoring and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics, along with basic scripting in PowerShell or Shell, is an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving ability, effective communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure are also essential.
