Position Overview
Seeking an enterprise-grade Technical Project Manager / Lead Consultant with 10+ years of experience to spearhead the delivery of complex enterprise applications and legacy modernization initiatives. This 100% on-site role is designed for a technical project leader who possesses an active software development foundation in Java, React, and AWS, allowing them to bridge the gap between business stakeholders, architectural vision, and engineering sprint execution.

Key Responsibilities
* Technical Project Leadership: End-to-end management of project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and sprint delivery configurations for enterprise application modernization.
* Technical Oversight: Act as a sounding board for developers, translating complex functional demands into clear technical deliverables across Java, React, and cloud architectures.
* Stakeholder Management: Establish clear, consistent communication channels with business owners, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to align project deliverables with business goals.
* Risk & Dependency Mitigation: Proactively identify project bottleneck vulnerabilities, architectural dependencies, and delivery risks, engineering swift mitigation paths to secure timelines.
* Agile Sprint Delivery: Oversee sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, ensuring the engineering squad remains focused, productive, and highly collaborative.
* Code & Architecture Integrity: Guide technical design discussions and ensure cloud-native software deployments adhere to robust development standards and high code-quality gates.

Required Skillset
* Experience: 10+ years of professional IT experience spanning hands-on software development, system architecture, and technical project management.
* Core Java Foundation: Strong technical background in enterprise Java development, Spring Boot microservices, and modern API designs.
* Modern Frontend Familiarity: Practical, functional understanding of responsive web architectures utilizing ReactJS frameworks, state management, and component structures.
* Cloud Platform Mastery: Direct engineering and project oversight experience running and deploying scalable microservices within Amazon Web Services (AWS) ecosystems.
* Methodology Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies, managing sprint backlogs, task estimation techniques, and delivery metrics.
