Senior GRC Analyst - Perm - Tampa, FL - $135,000-$145,000

Our client is seeking a Senior GRC Analyst in Tampa, FL

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst to support and enhance our enterprise security, risk management, and compliance programs.
This individual will play a critical role in assessing security controls, managing third-party risk, supporting audits and compliance initiatives, and driving information security governance across the organization.

Skills & Requirements

Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
Assess security controls and provide recommendations to mitigate risk.
Support enterprise risk management initiatives and information security programs.
Conduct third-party vendor, cloud security assessments, and manage third-party risk tracking, reporting, and compliance monitoring.
Support audits, compliance certifications, and regulatory requirements.
Lead security awareness training, testing, and reporting efforts.
Prepare executive-level risk and compliance reporting.
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in Information Security, Risk Management, and Compliance.
6+ years of experience in IT Auditing and Risk Analysis.
Experience with security and compliance frameworks such as:
PCI DSS
SOX
SOC 1 / SOC 2
ITGC
ISO 27001
3+ years of experience managing security awareness programs.
Preferred Certifications
CISA
CISM
CRISC
CISSP
PCIP
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Experience influencing cross-functional business and technical teams.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Deep understanding of data governance, risk management, and compliance best practices.
Experience with GRC platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments.
