• Mandatory Core Stack & Tooling: Hand-on proficiency with Weaviate, Lakera, Orca Security, OWASP for LLMs, YARA, and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Advanced Architecture Mastery: Proven execution of GraphRAG frameworks (beyond baseline RAG), Multi-Agent orchestration, RLHF alignment/tuning paradigms, and distributed training/inference.
• Programming & Core Infrastructure: Elite coding skills in Python, Scala, or Java.
• Framework Ecosystem: Deep familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, or equivalent AI middleware.
• Strong background building and scaling production-grade AI applications within distributed cloud environments.
Education & Target Assets:
• Preferred: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, or an equivalent technical field.
• Highly valued: Verified credentials or specialized project portfolios highlighting vector database scaling, prompt security firewalls, and LLM penetration testing.
