Job Title: Varicent ICM Consultant (Incentive Compensation Management)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) Consultant with strong expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing compensation plans. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Varicent BPM/ICM platform, including configuration, analytics, and integration, along with the ability to leverage Varicent AI capabilities to drive data-driven insights and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and configure Varicent ICM/BPM modules, reports, workflows, and integrations
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
Develop and maintain:
- Custom calculations
- Data models and dashboards
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization
Ensure accuracy and reliability of compensation calculations
Provide technical support, documentation, and user training
Monitor system performance and implement enhancements and upgrades
Leverage Varicent AI capabilities for:
- Data analysis
- Workflow automation
- Predictive insights

Required Skills & Experience:

8–10 years of overall IT experience
4–8 years of hands-on experience with Varicent ICM/BPM
Strong expertise in:
- Incentive Compensation Management systems
- Compensation plan design and optimization
Experience with:
- Data modeling, reporting, and dashboards
- SQL (data analysis and querying)
Familiarity with:
- ERP / CRM integrations
Strong understanding of:
- Sales compensation processes
- Insurance / Sales domain

Technical Skills:

Varicent ICM / BPM
SQL
Data Modeling & Analytics
AI-enabled analytics (Varicent AI)
Integration (ERP / CRM systems)

Preferred Qualifications:

Varicent Certified Professional (VCP) (Highly Preferred)
Certified Incentive Compensation Professional (CICP) (Nice to have)
Experience with SAP Incentive and Commission Management (ICM)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Key Deliverables:

Accurate and optimized compensation plans and calculations
Scalable and efficient Varicent solutions
Actionable data insights using AI and analytics
Reliable and high-performing ICM platform operations

Sample Technical Expectations (Interview Focus):

Integration of Varicent BPM with ERP/CRM systems
Translating business requirements into technical compensation solutions
Experience with Varicent AI / predictive analytics
SQL expertise for:
- Data validation
- Aggregations
- Duplicate detection
