Role Overview
We are seeking a senior, hands-on Forward-Deployed Engineer (FDE) to provide technical leadership across observability, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), infrastructure, application support, and AI-enabled operational initiatives.
This role will focus on delivering immediate technical solutions while contributing to long-term architecture, engineering standards, best practices, and technology roadmaps. The engineer will work closely with engineering, infrastructure, application support, and operations teams to improve reliability, resilience, observability, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive SRE and observability initiatives to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze production events, perform root-cause analysis, and reduce alert noise through event correlation and intelligent event management.
  • Partner with infrastructure, application support, and operations teams to improve service health, availability, and resilience.
  • Design and implement automation, monitoring, observability, and AI-enabled operational solutions.
  • Develop solutions for event correlation, alert optimization, and operational intelligence.
  • Define architecture standards, engineering practices, and strategic roadmaps for observability and intelligent operations.
  • Support infrastructure and application production environments and troubleshoot complex operational issues.
  • Evaluate and implement AI and agentic engineering solutions for operational workflows.
  • Provide technical guidance and contribute to engineering and operations best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, architecture decisions, and implementation plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in SRE, production engineering, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and production operations.
  • Strong expertise in observability, including monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and event correlation.
  • Experience reducing alert noise and improving operational signal-to-noise through event correlation and automation.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and production services.
  • Hands-on experience supporting applications and production environments.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Confluence.
  • Experience with AI-enabled engineering, agentic workflows, and operational automation.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Devin, or comparable platforms.
  • Ability to balance hands-on technical execution with architecture, strategy, and roadmap planning.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AIOps and intelligent operations platforms.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
  • Experience implementing AI-driven operational solutions.
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience defining technical standards and roadmaps for enterprise engineering environments.
