Project Governance & Delivery

Lead end to end project execution for SAP migration/consolidation initiatives.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and communication frameworks.
Ensure adherence to scope, milestones, budgets, and quality standards.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for client teams, business SMEs, and internal leadership.
Conduct daily stand ups, weekly reviews, and sponsor updates.
Present progress reports, risk assessments, and decision requirements.

Cross Functional Coordination
Coordinate with SAP functional and technical tracks (FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, WM, Basis, Security, Data).
