RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Austin, TX is seeking a Gem Implementation & Recruiting Operations Lead to assess the current state of the platform, reconfigure workflows, and drive adoption across recruiting teams. This role is focused on ensuring Gem supports scalable, consistent, and measurable recruiting execution. This engagement requires hands-on Gem implementation expertise, strong recruiting operations experience, and the ability to partner closely with recruiters and leadership to deliver results quickly.
Responsibilities:
* Assess the current Gem configuration, workflows, and recruiter usage
* Identify gaps between current state and the desired recruiting operating model
* Reconfigure pipelines, stages, templates, and automations to align with how teams work
* Build and standardize outreach sequences and activity tracking
* Improve data integrity, reporting, and visibility into recruiting performance
* Establish best practices and clearly defined workflows for recruiters and team leads
* Train recruiting teams and drive adoption of updated processes
* Document workflows to ensure consistency and scalability moving forward
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience leading Gem implementations or optimizations end-to-end (beyond day-to-day usage)
* Strong background in recruiting operations within fast-paced, high-growth environments
* Demonstrated experience designing scalable workflows, automations, and reporting frameworks
* Ability to translate business and recruiting needs into practical system design
* Comfortable partnering directly with recruiters, team leads, and leadership
* Execution-focused, with the ability to move quickly and drive measurable outcomes
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
