The Impact Youll Make

As a critical member of our operations, you will ensure our production lines run at peak performance. Your role will blend technical mastery with the excitement of travel, allowing you to see different sites and solve unique challenges on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
  • Precision Operations: Set up, operate, and maintain high-tech manufacturing equipment and production lines.
  • Field Support: Travel to various facilities to lead equipment installations, upgrades, and critical repairs.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues on-site.
  • Reliability: Perform proactive preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and boost efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate service reports and records of work performed.
What You Bring to the Team
  • Experience: 2+ years in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Technical Savvy: Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills; ability to read blueprints and schematics.
  • The Travel Mindset: Willingness to travel up to 40% (including overnight stays and air travel) with a valid drivers license. Pay 24-26 (+15 while on travel)
  • Independence: A strong problem-solver who can work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Education: An Associates degree or technical certification is a plus, but we value equivalent hands-on experience just as much.

Bonus Points For:
  • Experience with PLCs, robotics, or automation systems.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • A dynamic mix of the manufacturing floor and travel to various company or customer sites.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in varying industrial conditions.
