Job Summary
- Client is seeking a Quality/Test Engineer to support product quality and customer service initiatives for construction equipment, electronics, software, and systems.
- The role involves troubleshooting, testing, quality analysis, and collaborating with engineering teams and dealers to resolve product issues and improve customer satisfaction. ### Key Responsibilities * Analyze and troubleshoot electrical, software, and system-level issues.
- Investigate product quality concerns and support root cause analysis.
- Review quality metrics, trends, and reliability data.
- Develop and execute testing procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate with dealers, customers, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Support continuous product improvement initiatives.
- Electrical Troubleshooting
- J1939 CAN Communication
- Ethernet Communication
- Multimeter and Oscilloscope usage
- Hydraulic Systems knowledge
- Software Troubleshooting
- Experience with Hall Effect Sensors, Pressure Transducers, and Angle Sensors
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor''s degree in engineering (preferred) or relevant technical background
- 5–7 years of relevant experience or 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work onsite in Mossville, IL
