Detailed Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced technical professional who can support and manage our company''s Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform and make sure our websites and digital applications run smoothly, securely, and without downtime.
This role focuses on maintaining cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, using automation tools to deploy updates faster, and ensuring systems are always available. The person will work closely onsite with marketing, content, security, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities (In Simple Terms)
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
· Manage and support company websites built using Adobe Experience Manager
· Ensure content updates go live smoothly and without issues
· Fix production issues quickly to avoid website downtime
· Support upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance
Cloud & DevOps Work
· Manage cloud environments on Microsoft Azure
· Automate system setup and deployments so updates are faster and safer
· Monitor systems to catch issues before they impact users
· Support disaster recovery and backup processes
Automation & Infrastructure
· Use Terraform to automatically create and manage cloud resources
· Work with Kubernetes to manage applications in a scalable and reliable way
· Ensure systems follow company security and compliance policies
Collaboration
· Work closely with onsite Marketing and Content teams during website launches
· Support Security and IT teams during audits and incident resolution
· Be available during critical releases and production issues
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Six or more years of experience in application administration
Preferred Skills/Experience
• 3+ years'' experience hands-on AEM(CQ) administration;
• Working knowledge of program languages.
• Advanced troubleshooting ability required.
• Significant and demonstrable systems administration skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes that balance technical and business goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
