Job Title: Data Security Solution Architect

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Security Solution Architect to lead customer-facing data security and governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Purview, Varonis, and BigID, with a strong background in solution architecture, platform assessments, data governance, compliance, and executive-level consulting.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead architecture, design, and advisory engagements involving Microsoft Purview, Varonis, and BigID.
• Define target-state architectures for data classification, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), access governance, DSPM, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs), platform evaluations, testing, validation, and recommendation workshops.
• Develop scoring matrices, technical assessments, architecture documentation, and executive presentations.
• Guide implementation teams through configuration, testing, policy tuning, UAT, rollout, and operational handover.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align security controls with organizational objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance on data governance, privacy, compliance, and AI-related data security risks.
Required Skills & Experience
• 10–15+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Data Security, Data Governance, or Information Protection.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview including:

• Experience with BigID including:
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong consulting and customer-facing experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to present strategic recommendations to leadership and business executives.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale data governance and compliance programs.
