Senior IT Project Manager – Yardi Finance

Job Overview

Digital Realty is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with experience supporting Yardi finance applications and financial systems initiatives to support its DigitalONE IT PMO.

This role combines senior-level IT project management with finance application coordination, stakeholder management, project governance, and delivery oversight. The ideal candidate understands how to manage technology initiatives involving finance teams, business stakeholders, and application support teams, with the ability to coordinate priorities, resolve issues, and communicate progress to executive and technical audiences.

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of IT project management experience delivering complex technology projects.

• Experience with Yardi finance applications, support initiatives, enhancements, implementations, or related financial systems projects.

• Strong finance application or financial systems background.

• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.

• Experience managing project plans, milestones, RAID logs, status reports, and stakeholder communications.

• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and lead cross-functional teams under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Yardi application teams or finance system operations.

• Project Portfolio Management (PPM) certification.

• Experience managing multiple related projects or a portfolio of initiatives.
