Summary

Requirements

5 or more years of experience in technical writing and information security documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint for architectural diagramming and process mapping.
Experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical manuals, and policy frameworks.
Experience with information security assessment programs and regulatory compliance projects.
Experience in defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics for system reporting.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 tools for managing high-volume technical deliverables.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Execute quality assurance and control for technical deliverables within a security assessment program.
Construct enterprise-level security policies, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
Monitor project milestones and track compliance progress across multiple technical workstreams.
Coordinate with technical leadership to communicate program direction and strategic shifts.
Document technical meeting outcomes, directives, and system requirements for program maturation.
Evaluate assessment data to generate professional technical updates and risk management reports.
Lead requirements gathering efforts to enhance process efficiency and documentation accuracy.
