Objective 

Need of a specialized strategic partner capable of helping shape a differentiated migration strategy, and supporting pursuit and execution of a large-scale retail digital transformation opportunity focused on migration from the Orckestra platform to enterprise (i.e. banner agnostic) platforms. 

This is not a conventional staffing ask. We require a strategic modernization partner who combines platform-specific technical depth, retail architecture expertise, and pre-sales transformation advisory strength to help us shape, win, and deliver a strategically important client opportunity.
