Senior Full Stack Developer (AI/GenAI) – Google Cloud Platform | Hybrid

Location: Onsite role (Michiga)
Duration: Long-Term contract

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and scale AI-powered platforms that accelerate product development. This role focuses on transforming GenAI prototypes (RAG, agent-based workflows) into robust, production-grade applications used by global engineering teams.

You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, from architecture to deployment, while building high-performance, scalable systems integrated with enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using modern frameworks
• Convert AI/GenAI prototypes into scalable production systems
• Build and optimize high-throughput APIs and microservices
• Develop RAG-based solutions and AI-driven engineering tools
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams
• Design cloud-native architectures on Google Cloud Platform
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and DevOps best practices
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of applications
• Create interactive UI components and data visualization tools

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Full Stack Development
• Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript
• Backend: Python (FastAPI or Django)
• Experience with GenAI, RAG systems, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
• Strong knowledge of API development & Microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL) and exposure to vector databases
• Experience building scalable, distributed systems

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PLM / ERP integrations
• Background in Automotive, Aerospace, or Manufacturing domains
• Familiarity with data lakes, big data ecosystems
• Exposure to Java
• Experience with digital twins / engineering simulation tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
• 6+ years of IT experience
• 4+ years in software development
