Location: Austin, Texas (Hybrid 3 days remote, 2 days onsite)

Role Summary
We are seeking a senior-level Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and integrations. This role will focus on designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce solutions in an Agile environment, supporting both new development and ongoing production operations.
The ideal candidate has deep experience across the full SDLC, strong architecture understanding, and experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions
- Develop using:
- Apex (Classes, Triggers)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visualforce
- Aura Components
- Perform declarative configurations (Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder)
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and SDLC processes
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
- Support Salesforce Classic to Lightning migrations
- Handle data migrations and system enhancements
- Provide production support and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong Apex programming experience
- Hands-on Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and design patterns
- Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, JSON, XML
- Experience working in Agile environments
Preferred
- Git, CI/CD, Flosum
- DevOps exposure
- Salesforce reporting and dashboards
- Experience with large enterprise Salesforce environments
