Job Description

We are a fast-growing cybersecurity organization delivering advanced solutions to combat evolving cyber threats. We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Representative to drive growth for our Cyber Range as a Service (CRaaS) platform an innovative solution providing hands-on cybersecurity training and simulation environments.

This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with experience in cybersecurity or SaaS sales, who thrives in building relationships, generating new business, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify, target, and engage prospects across government, military, enterprise, and academic sectors
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking
  • Conduct product demos and deliver tailored proposals to prospective clients
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure

Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning CRaaS solutions with business needs
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Market Strategy & Collaboration

  • Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and customer feedback
  • Partner with marketing, product, and technical teams to refine go-to-market strategies
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and webinars

Reporting & Metrics

  • Track pipeline, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM tools
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on sales performance and market insights

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology sales
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with government or military clients
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and training standards (e.g., NICE)
  • Knowledge of cyber range platforms, simulation environments, or virtual labs
