Responsibilities:

- Collect expectations and requirements of the customer
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria utilizing Behavioral Driven Development
- Manage best practice and ensuring these practices are used
- Understands the effects of technology used within the development, and the impact on the business client
- Produce quality deliverables and meet deadlines
- Customer' expectations management
- UI/UX designs reviewing
- Specifications (user stories) creation and reviewing
- Business requirements gathering through capturing of user stories, prototyping etc.
- Analysis of as-is business processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement
- Design to-be business processes, perform impact & feasibility analysis of the requirements
- Regular status reporting

Mandatory Skills Description:

- Ability to work out of Toronto office 4 days/week (Mon - Thurs)
- Motivated and able to work independently (e.g. leading requirements gathering and workflow design sessions)
- Strong written communication skills, experience writing technical requirements and creating data flow diagrams
- Strong SQL and data analytics skills
- Experience working as a scrum master
- Experience working in the financial services industry
- Assertive and willing to follow up on blockers and dependencies

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

- Certified scrum master certification is a plus

English: C1 Advanced
