Job Description: Java Architect

Location: Dallas, TX(Onsite)

Requirement:

Strong SME-level engineers with a hands-on and principal engineer mindset
Proven experience in building secure, scalable platform services
Deep knowledge of design patterns and best practices
Extensive software development experience using Java 17 or higher and SpringBoot RESTful API development, along with TDD/BDD approaches
Individuals with the right attitude-self-driven, ownership-oriented, and not just task executors
Comfortable working in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex
Familiarity with spec-driven development practices
Extensive experience deploying and maintaining software using public clouds such as AWS or Azure
Message streaming solutions, such as AWS Kinesis, AWS SQS, AWS SNS, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, Apache ActiveMQ, Azure Event Hub
Datastores such as AWS Aurora, AWS RDS, AWS DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis
Deploying software using CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GoCD, etc.
Working within an Agile framework (ideally Scrum)
