Delivery Lead – Healthcare / AWS / AI

Location: Remote – EST/CST | Hartford, CT preferred
Duration: 12 Months Contract-to-Hire
Interview: 2 Rounds – Virtual

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology initiatives for a leading healthcare organization.

Must Have:

• 8+ years of experience in Delivery / Program / Project Management
• Strong end-to-end application development delivery ownership
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives
• Healthcare industry experience is mandatory
• Strong AWS / Cloud experience
• Experience with AI / Generative AI initiatives
• Strong technical background – preferably started as a Software Developer/Engineer and transitioned into Delivery/Program Leadership
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, QA, BA and Operations
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong experience in risk, dependency, resource and delivery management
• Experience with cloud migration / modernization and digital transformation

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives
• Manage roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, budgets and resources
• Lead cross-functional engineering and business teams
• Drive governance, risk management and issue resolution
• Provide executive-level status reporting
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects and releases
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with business objectives

Preferred: Candidates local to Hartford, CT. Open to strong candidates located in EST or CST who can work EST hours.
