Role Overview

Lead client-facing benchmarking, IT analytics, and sourcing advisory projects. Deliver insights on IT cost, performance, cloud economics, and modern delivery models.

Core Requirements

• Evaluate client operating models and technical landscapes across cloud services, data environments, AI adoption, automation maturity, DevOps/engineering practices, and Technology Business Management (TBM) standards
• 5+ years in consulting, benchmarking, IT analytics, or sourcing advisory
• Experience leading client engagements + multiworkstream delivery
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT, cloud, automation, DevOps, and AIenabled delivery
• Background in financial modeling, benchmarking, ML/predictive analytics, or data analytics tools
• Knowledge of corporate financials, cost drivers, budgeting, and optimization
• Advanced Excel + ability to analyze large datasets
• Ability to assess cost, performance, quality, staffing, SLAs, and pricing across IT services
• Working knowledge of AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform, cloud cost modeling, FinOps
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, automation tools, data engineering, TBM taxonomy
• Understanding of IT contracts, rate cards, SLAs, and sourcing models

Consulting & Communication Skills

• Able to manage client relationships and present to senior executives
• Strong written + verbal communication; convert technical data into business insights
• Experience coaching team members
