**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to ensure the integrity of our financial information. The ideal candidate will manage complex daily accounting tasks, prepare accurate financial statements, lead month-end close processes, and assist with audits and tax requirements. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting QuickBooks Online accounting software are required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding intercompany and international accounting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
· Financial Reporting, Consolidation and Close: Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and financial reporting for foreign subsidiaries.
· General Ledger & Reconciliations: Maintain and reconcile subsidiary accounts, bank statements, and the general ledger to ensure accuracy.
· Compliance: Ensure all financial operations adhere to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company policies.
· International Accounting: Partner with local accountants on statutory filings, VAT/GST compliance and foreign currency conversions.
· Intercompany Management: Manage the entire intercompany lifecycle (settlement, reconciliation, and elimination) to ensure zero imbalance.
· Analysis & Budgeting: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and assist in variance analysis for budgeting and forecasting.
· Audit & Tax Support: Prepare schedules for external audits and assist with tax compliance and reporting across all
· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting procedures and improve internal controls.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in accounting ideally in global, multi-entity environment.
- Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and local GAAP across key markets.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online (must), Netsuite, SAP …) and advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing cross-border financial operations and foreign exchange transactions.
