Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience working on development projects
  • Experience with financial accounting and/or banking products
  • Experience explaining technical details to non-technical business colleagues and managers
  • Experience with Trade Corrections, Trade Recalls, Return Processing, and Contract Compare
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills
What You Will Be Doing
  • Processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations Transaction Services team.
  • Facilitate the clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions.
  • Reconciliation of accounts managed by the Securities & Derivatives area.
  • Serve as analytical or procedural expert for securities processing deliverables/initiatives.
  • Minimize risk to the bank by monitoring errors and suggesting solutions that reduce errors, and ensure adherence to audit and control policies.
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate processes and data to ensure the accuracy and quality of completed settlement tasks.
  • Support Sec Finance Trading Desk with Trade Corrections, Trade Recalls, Return Processing, and Contract Compare.
  • Provide Cash Investment Support for Money Market Fund, Time Deposit, Repo, and Mutual Fund investment processing.
  • Assist with identifying policy gaps and formulating policies that streamline related work processed.
  • Provide informal guidance or on the job training to lower level/new securities processing team members when required.
