Duration: 6 – 12 month Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the successful delivery of complex technical projects within our e-commerce environment. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, and key stakeholders to define project scope, manage timelines, and ensure seamless execution. Your expertise in JIRA, e-commerce technologies, and the SDLC will be crucial to your success.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Lead and manage technical programs and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and dependencies.
• Utilize JIRA to track project progress, manage tasks, and facilitate communication among team members.
• Apply the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
• Risk Management:
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Proactively address potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans.
• Capture and track risks, issues and dependencies, and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and presentations (decks).
• Prepare and deliver regular project updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
• Develop and track action items, ensuring timely completion.
• E-commerce Expertise:
• Apply your knowledge of e-commerce technologies and platforms to support project delivery.
• Understand the technical complexities of e-commerce systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong proficiency in JIRA and other project management tools.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce technologies and platforms.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Ability to create clear and concise slide decks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with beauty or subscription services.
