Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Rebate Analyst to support rebate processing, financial analysis, and contract administration activities for a leading US-based organization. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and analytical experience, the ability to manage high-volume rebate processing, and experience collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate setup, tracking, calculation, and processing of customer rebate agreements
• Monitor rebate compliance, contract terms, and critical deadlines
• Generate, analyze, and review reports related to rebate accruals, claims, and payouts
• Identify discrepancies, process gaps, and opportunities for operational improvements
• Support month-end close activities and financial reconciliation processes
• Maintain and develop detailed documentation for rebate-related procedures and workflows
• Collaborate with sales teams, finance teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders
• Support high-volume rebate processing in a deadline-driven environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or related analytical roles
• Strong financial analysis, reporting, and technical problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial data management
• Prior experience with SAP
• Experience handling rebate processing or contract administration
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
