SAP Skillset:
- PP (Production Planning, Shop Floor, MRP runs)
- MM (Procurement, Inventory, Vendor Management)
- MRP (Planning strategies, scheduling, demand-supply balancing)
- Integration expertise with SD, FICO, WM/EWM, MES systems
- Experience / Deep knowledge in enabling SAP Embedded AI capabilities, with awareness of SAP Joule and AI-driven innovations for enhancing user productivity and decision-making.
AMS & Delivery Experience:
- Own L1–L3 AMS delivery across SAP Supply Chain modules (PP, MM, MRP) including incident, service request, and enhancement management
- Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs (resolution time, backlog, aging, FCR, MTTR).
- Govern ticket lifecycle management, ensuring timely closure and high-quality documentation.
- Drive run stability first, then enable transformation (RUN → GROW model) aligned with client expectations.
