- High School diploma AND Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years' experience in physical security infrastructure support (door access, video surveillance, alarm, identity, mass notification)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Effective relationship-building across broad constituencies
- End-to-end support for physical security systems, from wiring/devices to application layer
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
Desired Skills & Experience
- Certification in CCURE 9000 and/or Genetec Security Center (preferred)
- Experience supporting campus or large enterprise security environments
