  • High School diploma AND Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years' experience in physical security infrastructure support (door access, video surveillance, alarm, identity, mass notification)
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Effective relationship-building across broad constituencies
  • End-to-end support for physical security systems, from wiring/devices to application layer
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Certification in CCURE 9000 and/or Genetec Security Center (preferred)
  • Experience supporting campus or large enterprise security environments

  • 60% Physical access and video management systems
  • 20% Life Safety electrical and mass notification systems
  • 20% ID card badging/system integration
Daily Responsibilities
  • 70% Hands On technical support and troubleshooting
  • 10% Vendor management/technical coordination
  • 20% Team and departmental collaboration
